I created this site because I genuinely believe in building a better life from the inside out — and that includes being completely transparent about how we handle your information. You deserve to know exactly what happens when you visit, comment, or reach out. No legalese walls, no hidden surprises. Just honest, straightforward words from one real person to another.

We keep things very simple because this is a small, personal space focused on positive living and water wellness.

When you write to [email protected] or use the contact form, we only see your name, email address, and whatever you choose to share. I read every message myself and never share it with anyone.
- Comments on Posts
If you leave a comment under a post (like sharing your own water story), your name and comment are visible. Your email stays private and is only used to notify you if I reply.
- Anonymous Visit Data
Like most sites, we use very basic analytics to see which posts people are reading (for example, how many folks found my water-quality journey helpful). This data is completely anonymous — no names, no emails, no personal details. It just helps me know what topics matter most to you.
We never collect payment information (because we don’t sell anything here), and we never ask for your address, phone number, or anything else unless you voluntarily share it in a message.
How We Use What We Collect
Everything we collect is used only to:
- Answer your questions and keep the conversation going
- Improve the site so future posts about health foundations and mindful growth are even more useful
